Cicero District 99 is excited to share that demolition and site preparation are beginning soon at the former Daniel Burnham Elementary School (1630 S. 59th Ave) — paving the way for a brand-new early childhood center that will serve families across Cicero!

Neighbors within two blocks of the site should have received hand-delivered letters with full details. Even though the property has no direct residential neighbors, we're going the extra mile with these courtesy notices to keep our community informed and respected.
